Who is the face behind The Process Maven?  You might be surprised!  I am an engineer by background with a passion for efficiency, problem solving, and coaching.   I have a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.  I began my career in Petroleum Engineering, where I spent several years sharpening my skill set, along the way discovering my talent and passion for lean thinking.  That discovery lead to the founding of this blog in 2016.  In The Process Maven blog, I regularly share candid knowledge and thoughts related to business and personal effectiveness, process efficiency, and problem-solving.  The hope and goal is to empower you to take practical steps to achieve maximum impact in your personal life and professional life, now and into the future.
